Won't fit in all downlights due to the physical size.
Not recommended for use in enclosed downlights. Use with iCage downlights which provide better ventilation.
Takes up to 110 seconds to achieve full brightness which can be annoying particularly in bathrooms.
Adds to the initial setup costs of a downlight installation.
