The Lightwave automated lighting control system is the pioneer of the smart home technology sector. Controlling more than just lights, it provides customers with with a fully integrated remote control operated system. Not just limited to lighting control, it also controls central heating, power sockets and security.

Lightwave, formally known as Lightwave RF was the first provider to offer the on 'one-App solution' and has since integrated its proprietary platform with other IoT platforms and branded smart devices, including Amazon Alexa and Google Nest

Lightwave smart switches are LED compatible with many branded GU10 LEDs and integrated downlights. The Aurora Enlite 5W GU10 LED works perfectly as well as the Aurora MPro integrated LED downlight, providing a smooth and flicker free dimming performance. Our particular favourite GU10 LED for Lightwave is the Philips 4.9W. The dim to warm version not only dims in brightness but dims in colour temperature which allows you to create more relaxing scene automations.

Lightwave is easy to install, simply connect the Wi-Fi hub and install a smart switch, just like you would with an ordinary light switch or dimmer. Then use the App to link the devices and away you go. You can assign switches to rooms and name them. Create scenes that include switching and dimming from multiple lights, or create automatic timer functions that switch the lights or smart sockets on and off at any time you like.
