Philips Master Value 4.9W GU10 LED which offers high performance lighting results at an affordable price. Available in 3 colour temperatures that include a dim tone 2200K to 2700K version as well as 3000K warm white and 4000K cool white versions.
Providing a low energy alternative to a 50W halogen, it has a light output of 355-380 lumens and is dimmable as standard.
The dim tone version also dims down in colour temperature, the lower it is dimmed in brightness. While the 3000K and 4000K versions maintain their colour consistency as they are dimmed.

Q) Which colour temperature is best?
A) Choosing the right colour temperature is like choosing the right wall paper or colour of paint, it's a matter of taste. The 2700K version is known as extra warm white and is more orange in appearance. It is the closest match to a halogen or incandescent light bulb. Although a 2700K LED may appear slightly whiter than a halogen as they are different lighting technologies. This particular LED has dim tone dimming which lowers the colour temperature as it gets dimmed in brightness. This mimics the dimming style of a halogen and is great for living rooms or restaurants.
Warm white 3000K has become the 'new norm' for colour temperatures and is by far our most popular seller. It is clearer and slightly brighter than 2700K but doesn't feel as clinical as 4000K.
Cool white 4000K produces an ultra white appearance, it can make a room appear more modern but colder. Cool white is used predominantly throughout super markets and commercial premises, it is popular for use in bathrooms and unpopular in lounges and bedrooms.

What is the lumen band of the bulb ie lowest to highest range?Question by: James on 30 Nov 2023, 22:34The lumens are:
2200K-2700K = 355lm
3000K = 365lm
4000K = 380lm
If you have a good quality dimmer switch such as Varilight V-Pro, they will dim to 10% or lower.
