Forum Spa GU10 adjustable bathroom downlights are IP65 rated and suitable for installing in bathroom zones 1 and 2. With a GU10 lamp holder they operate on mains voltage and require additional GU10 LED lamps.
Available in 6 different finishes that include brushed copper, matt black, matt white, satin chrome and polished chrome and satin brass. Bathroom adjustable downlights are ideal for use in bathrooms when you want the ability to be able to direct the angle of light onto a different area of the room, while also maintaining a resistance to moisture.

No, they're not insulation coverable or fire rated. You can add a loft lid to make them insulation coverable:
