Low glare downlights have become increasingly popular in living rooms and bedrooms due to their design and look different compared with the standard recessed design.
The open rated design improves airflow and increases lamp-life. Suitable for use with GU10 LEDs with a maximum of 10W

Will this take the longer length Philips Hue GU10 lamp? Thank youQuestion by: Peter Spencer on 16 Apr 2022, 10:14Technically the non insulation coverable versions should be suitable. We have tested the standard EvoFire with the longer Philips Hue and while it does physically fits inside, the Philips Hue has a slightly curved front cover which caused it not to fit neatly.
As the light source within this EvoFire sits back slightly, there is a chance that it could be suitable. You can choose any beam you like.
