The JCC V50 is a colour switchable LED downlight, that is fire rated and IP65 as standard.

Features
JCC V50 CCT colour temperature adjustable fire rated LED downlight that contains 2 colour temperatures in 1 downlight. Fitted with a small dip switch that's located behind the bezel, it provides easy access, allowing you to switch between warm white 3000K and cool white 4000K.
Fire rated, insulation coverable, dimmable and IP65 as standard, the JCC V50 has it all! It's also supplied with push-fit loop in and loop out terminals to make wiring faster and easier. With 2 colour temperatures in 1 downlight, you can easily change the colour tone of your room whenever you like.
If you already know which colour temperature you want to use, and don't think you need a colour temperature adjustable downlight, don't write the V50 off just yet. Colour temperature switching has become the new norm, it provides users with more flexibility and stockists with less products to stock. You can quickly change the colour temperature whenever you like.
As this is the flagship product of JCC Lighting, its gained certification to all of the latest standards which now includes I-Joist certification.

I need to replace several JC99903 downlighters. Mine are 38deg 3000k. Which of your current units will be the closest replacement please?Question by: David Smith on 10 Mar 2024, 16:16Yes, the V50 is the recommended replacement model. It does have a wider 60 degree beam.
Or you could consider an alternative brand. Just measure your cut out size (as it was variable with the Hybrid) and use the filters here:

No it doesn't effect the airflow clovers. They're designed to be covered with thermal loft insulation. - Kitchen replacing existing.
- Ceiling plaster thickness = 10mm
- Ceiling Hole (replacing existing downlight) = 70mm
- Gap between Ceiling and surface above = 57mm
If this model is not optimal would you be able to suggest any more suitable?
